Product Description
The LDS01 is powered by a CR2032 coin battery and in a good LoRaWAN network coverage case it can transmit as many as 12,000 uplink packets (base on SF7, 14dB). In poor LoRaWAN network coverage, it can transmit ~ 1,300 uplink packets (base on SF10, 18.5dB). The design goal for one battery is up to 1 year. The CR2032 battery can easily be replaced.
The LDS01 will send one “heartbeat” message each day to indicate it is alive, and to pass the battery level. It can also send an uplink on each door open/close action. The sensor also keeps count of the number of times the door has been opened, and how long the door was open.
Each LDS01 is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registration. Register these keys to any LoRaWAN server and the sensor will auto connect after power on.
